Balances in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. 22niceph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 22niceph support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC clearance and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Any withdrawal request made while a Wagering Requirement is active will, unless you elect to forfeit the bonus, be declined until the requirement is satisfied. If you elect to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
All promotions and bonuses offered by 22niceph are subject to these General Bonus Terms and to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, a standard wagering requirement applies to all Bonus Funds before they may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified on each promotion page. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ₱20,000 using those bonus funds before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
The Welcome Bonus (currently a 100% first-deposit match up to ₱5,000) is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A minimum deposit of ₱100 applies. The standard wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 20x the bonus amount. The Welcome Bonus must be used within 30 days of credit; unused Bonus Funds expire automatically after this period.
Each game available on 22niceph is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game's specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay outcomes, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.
All random number generator (RNG) dependent games available on 22niceph are provided by certified third-party game developers whose RNG systems have been independently tested and certified. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect certified long-run theoretical returns.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or connectivity failure during a game session, 22niceph will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its pre-interruption state or, where that is not possible, to refund the interrupted wager. The Operator's decision on disputed outcomes resulting from technical issues is final, subject to escalation to PAGCOR where required.
Certain game categories and promotional offers may be subject to maximum win limits. Where applicable, maximum win limits are stated in the relevant game or promotion terms. The Operator reserves the right to apply maximum win caps and to void wins that exceed those caps where evidence of technical exploitation or abuse is found.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 22niceph platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or any of its content.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 22niceph content without the prior written consent of the Operator. Scraping, data-mining, or automated collection of data from the 22niceph platform is expressly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Operator shall not be liable for:
The Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Where material changes are made, 22niceph will notify active Players via the contact details registered on their Account — by email, SMS, or a prominent in-platform notification — with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
Your continued use of the 22niceph platform after amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of the 22niceph platform, shall first be submitted to the Operator's customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedures.
Where PAGCOR mediation does not resolve the matter, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
